Reporting A Claim
We welcome initial reporting of your claim by telephone as it allows for immediate human contact and gives us opportunity to identify and prioritize claims requiring an urgent response.
Non-emergency claims may be reported toll-free during regular business hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday at 1-800-640-0933 Emergency claims may be reported toll-free at any time around the clock at 1-800-640-0933 and your after-hours report will automatically be directed to our after-hours claims adjusters.
Before you call, it is helpful if you have your account or policy number available, a general description of the claim or accident, contact telephone numbers where you may be reached, and any other facts regarding your claim that may help our representatives process your claim promptly.
